BalGokul Foods deals in food items, which are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, as per Indian consumer guidelines.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed only in cases of:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product at delivery
• Missing items

Proof (photos/videos) must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
